An investigative documentary exposing an alleged pattern of mortgage servicing abuse that has placed homeowners’ finances, credit, and homes at risk. Through one family’s fight and the stories of others across California, Shell Gameexamines how the system works, why it persists, and who is finally demanding accountability.

A film project for Friends of the Children–Los Angeles, illuminating the life-changing power of consistent, long-term mentorship. Currently seeking funding, the film will help sustain Friends LA’s promise to stand beside children and families for 12+ years, no matter what.
